Slow brain waves was a collaborative exhibition between Ace Lehner, Katie Hubbel and Nadia Odlum for the 2018 summer solstice. All artists were residents at the Wassaic Project for the month of June, and devised the installation and accompanying zine over the the course of a week, passing materials, ideas and ephemera back and forth between each other's studios in an extended activity of communication. The installation was staged in Outhouse Gallery, a small shed near to Woodstock in upstate New York, created by Eureka Projects.
