This way (this way) that way was held at Kudos Gallery in May 2016. The work explores the embodied experience of architectural and urban environments. The relationships between materials and form, pattern and movement, line and space, the body and its environment presented in this installation seek to draw the audience into an awareness of their own processes of perception.
The exploration of urban environments that this exhibition draws upon was conducted in Sydney and abroad, over the course of residencies at the Cité Internationale Des Arts in Paris, Archive_ and Parramatta Artist Studios.
This body of work represents the culmination of research towards a Master of Fine Arts degree at UNSW Art & Design.
